Soy lecithin is a natural, soybean-based dietary supplement made from soybeans that can be quite neatly mixed with many meals. These lecithin granules do not contain any genetically modified soy at all.

The need for phospholipids is increasing, e.g., under physical exertion. With warmth, we recommend soy lecithin granules especially for fitness enthusiasts and active athletes, who take care of their heart health, students, seniors, and vegetarians.
Dosage instructions:
2 to 3 teaspoons (5 to 7.5 g) per day.
Enjoy lecithin granules as such or mixed with yogurt, muesli, porridge, or even smoothies, for example.
Please Note: The product contains soy. May cause symptoms for the most sensitive soy allergy sufferers. Soy lecithin may slow the absorption of some fat-soluble drugs or supplements.
