Foodin's "fat coffee" enriched with MCT oil gives you a kick-start to your day. Refinery MCT is an oil made exclusively from coconut oil, containing medium-chain fatty acids. 


Start with one teaspoon of MCT oil to get your body used to the medium fatty acids and gradually increase the dose from there.


Dosage: 1-2 tablespoons 1-3 times a day or as needed. 


MCT oil is a colourless and odourless oil, making it easy to use in any food, drink or milkshake. Frying with the oil is not recommended.
