If you feel irritated or your emotions are heating over - have a soothing cup of Pitta tea!
This tea is recommended to be used especially during Pitta times, during summer or during other hot seasons or when you want to cool your thoughts. The soothing and cooling combination of pitta dosha will help you when you are going overboard.
Add 1 sachet to approximately 2.5 decilitres of hot water. Infuse for about 5 minutes. Add cane sugar, milk or lemon if desired.
Note! Contains ginger and licorice and is therefore not recommended for pregnant women.
