Products that balance out the predominance of kapha, such as this Kapha tea, are recommended for use in spring, or when you want to refresh your body and mind. It's also suitable as a morning drink instead of coffee, or even as a refreshment on a rainy day.

Place the sachet in 2.5-5 decilitres of hot water. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add cane sugar and lemon if you like. Contains ginger, not recommended for pregnant women.
