The effective amount for daily use has been determined 6,5 billion bacteria. One Acidophilus capsule contains 3,5 billion living lactic acid bacteria, so it´s really effective choice!
The shell of the capsule has made from cellulose and there is no animal-based stuff, so it suits well for vegans too!
Dosage: Start with 1-2 capsules per day for 2 weeks, and then continue with 1-2 capsules to maintain a good situation.
